How to manage your class in a course shell with a full set of tools for content delivery, communication, and assessment/ evaluation, ministry course materials that can be used within the VLE, and integrated digital resources. 

 

Apple Applications

This webinar focuses on creating videos for beginners using your iPad. We demonstrate how to create a simple screen recording video on the iPad. Screen recording can be used to record what you do on your iPad, and to use voice over so you can narrate what you are doing. We also look at how you can make videos using the Clips app. Then we show how you can create videos using Keynote. Lastly, we show how to upload your videos to YouTube using your G-Suite (GAFE) account.

 

With iMovie for iOS, it is easy to edit videos in a more sophisticated way than in Clips. You can insert images video, add voice overs, and create picture-in-picture or side-by-side videos.

We will take you through the steps of importing, editing, and exporting video clips and pictures. We will also cover where you can access the advanced features, such as green screen, picture-in-picture, and cutaway. Learn why iMovie is a great classroom tool and how it teaches students analytical skills and supports creative communications.

 

The focus of this webinar is to create engaging and interactive documents with which students can engage. Participants learned how to create and share both an ePub and a template using Pages. Using keynote, create narrated videos that can be exported as a movie and shared with students. Using Screen Recording on your device enables you to create your own content to embed into files.

We will walk you through the essential features for GarageBand so you can get started with podcasting, radio plays, narration and/or music creation. Hyperdocs allow teachers to develop asynchronous student-led lessons that will keep students engaged. This webinar will explain what HyperDocs are and demonstrate how to use Pages in order to create them.
